I wouldn't say there is a really effective way to get it out, i would suggest taking a shower afterwards. :) If you don't then i get maybe try to pull it out as best as you can.

Taking a shower always works. If that's not an option, warm water with soap works as well. If neither of those are an option, just get a wipe and wipe it off, it'll typically always come out.

I find that if you wipe it out quick enough before it 'sets' then it comes out easy :) if you leave it to harden then the best thing i find is actual soap instead of shampoo or conditioner
