I have been looking for a shop in Australia where workers don't look at teens weirdly when buying condoms, does anyone know where I can buy?

The first time I ever bought condoms I didn't want to go to a chemist for the very same reason you're describing. As an Australian, I recommend stopping by either Coles or Woolworths, selecting your condoms from the range, going the self-serve checkouts, scan then pay, and away you go. No fuss, no cashiers, no questions: Just you and your condoms. It's really easy (:

i guess it depends on how old u r that workers r looking
weird at u or ur self conscious. i would get someone older
to buy them for u or go into the shop when there is a
younger clerk who will check u out.

Easy way to do it. Find your nearest supermarket with self serve and use them. That way your not dealing with anyone

I would suggest finding a store that has self checkout! :)

All of the stores that sell condoms where I live don't have self serve

Ok, so buy a Coke, some cookies, chocolates, wafers or something else AND the condoms so it's like just another product and you act normal when going to the cashier.

Maybe find a gas station with a machine.

I see, I imagine you're living in a rural environment in that case. If there's no self-serve checkouts I think it's a matter of just grinning and bearing it. In the end it doesn't matter what the hell the checkout clerk thinks, it's your purchase and none of their business. Whoever's serving you should be glad that you're taking the initiative to have safe sex.

gosh Australia is a big place - but maybe a vending machine or such - I dont think check out people even see what you buy - so a supermarket is good
just buy a few other things -

or is there self checkouts - we have them in the UK you just scan your own stuff and put notes in a slot or use a card.

I would just buy them online if you don't want to go to the store

If people look at you funny, they're probably just jealous lol

That really sucks for you. In the US we have stores with self checkout. That's how I buy them. I think you will just have to grin and bear it. Screw (no pun intended) those clerks and buy them.

Not sure about Australia, but where I am, most (if not all ) gas stations sell little packs of condoms. As for me, I just went to the grocery store alone and bought a 32 pack.

I guess your best bet if you need condoms is to see if someone older you know who's responsible can give you a hand. What I mean is that if you have an older brother, sister, cousin, or even an uncle or aunt who is relatively close in age to you, then they might either share what they have or go to the store on your behalf.

Otherwise, I think the guy who had suggested you buy a bunch of stuff along with the condoms is the way to go. If you mix up a lot of stuff with the condoms, then no one will notice.

Self service as the first guy mentioned!
