Well a few days ago i was playing with my dog and rolling around on the floor and just being all crazy like with them as i usually do, my family hate me for it XD
But anyway, Dude usually gets a LITTLE over excited about it all and that is when i stop but that is usually around 5 minutes, but when i was playing a few days ago as i went to get up he dug his claws into me, again successfully cutting me and causing me pain, and as i went to shout at him something VERY horrible went in my mouth, you probably can tell what it was, but as soon as it did, I feel bad but i kind of punched/pushed him, brushed my teeth like crazy and did a fair bit of mouth wash!
But also as a kid my dad always gave us tons of candy to eat, fizzy drinks to drink, bad food for dinner and never made us brush us teeth, even if we did have things to brush our teeth, so because of that this gave me bad gums!
But anyway, i have been ill for three days (Roughly when the Dude incident happened but my whole family are ill so i am not worried about it), but my gums have been red raw and hurting like hell to the point, even if i was not ill i cannot eat, and on the most painful part i have an ulcer on that lip rubbing against it, which makes it more painful!
My gums being like this has happened before, it rarely happens as i try to take good care of them now but it does happen from time to time, but i am scared if i maybe got something from Dude, so is that at all possible? I refuse to go and see a doctor about this especially without my mum in case it isn't, as that would be highly awkward and embarrassing, and i cannot tell my mum about it as she laughs about my knee/back issues and my hair, so i have no chance with this :/

I wouldn't worry about the little accident with your dog. Although whatever made contact with your mouth may have contained any number of pathogens, it is very unlikely that an illness can cross the species barrier.

That being said, inflamed gums can result from a variety factors. Brushing too hard as suggested above may have agitated your gums. The inflammation could arise from your ulcer or from a bacterial infection. I would highly recommend visiting your doctor especially if this is preventing you from eating.

If brushing your teeth is an occasional event rather than a regular one then it is not unusual for them to become sore and bleed slightly when you do brush them, particularly if you are fastidious about it when you do brush them.

The usual advice is to keep them clean and they should improve in a few days. If not time to seek medical attention. Where I live gum health is a matter for the denist.

Your story of the dog reminds me of our dogs. We have two and if we think as species we have invented anything sexual we are mistaken. French kissing, licking each others parts (the equivalent of a blow job), even sixty nine - the dogs do all.

It sounds like you have a gum disease called
gingivitis. Which had nothing to do with the dog.
If you start and continue brushing your teeth every
day with a soft bristle (important) tooth brush your
gums will continue to bleed but will get better. You also
will need to floss which will cause more bleeding but will
get better. And also antiseptic mouthwash which will sting
and burn at first. Gum disease can make a person feel very
ill and lead to early tooth loss. Going to a dentist would
be the best thing for you to do to get a heavy duty cleaning.
You may need special medication for your gums too.
