Okay, not only was I born with malignant hypothermia, a bone marrow disease.
I've just recently been to the doctors and I've needed blood tests, these came back recently.
I've got too much iron, my body won't stop creating it, the solution is to give blood once a day every week for like a month, to lower the count. Then I wait till the iron gets high again.
I'm also dangerously close to being a hemophiliac, which I'm getting checked up on.
The iron problem could lead to cancer, so they did an ultrasound of my abdomen and found an inflammed spleen with lysome(?)'s around it being enlarged. This could either be a viral infection, or cancer.
Tomorrow I'm going in for more blood testing and a CT scan.
Wish me luck I guess? Or any info you can share :/

Thanks guys, I went in for a chest x-ray today and blood samples. Turns out the CT scan might be next week?
But so far the only news is, all the testing she wanted to do required ELEVEN VIALS.
I feel light headed still! And I got it done 9 am and it's 10 pm!

Man I hate when they take a lot of blood. I usually only get 3 taken, I can't imagine 11. Did they at lest give you some juice or a cookie afterwards? Hang in there though, all this testing is just to rule things out, and afterwards you'll be glad they did it so you know exactly what you're up against, if anything. :)

Nice. I usually get my blood drawn in the morning and then my mom takes me to IHOP for breakfast, even if they didn't take much. The trip down the stairs afterwards is always nasty though. The feeling of the blood leaving my arm always freaks me out initially. I have to watch them stick the needle in, or the feeling surprises me and messes me up. I'm not squeamish, the feeling is just uncomfortable. So that, combined with the fact that they seem to always take more than I think is really necessary, combined with the fact that I haven't eaten anything yet, means I always get dizzy on the stairs. Why the lab is on the second floor, I have no clue.
