yea underwear was somthing i always found restricting. i hated them since i was 6 years old.

Never heard the term freeballing before. Of course its fine. Why shouldnt boy get comfortable when we girls do it.
If my panties annoy me, I can easily imagine how annoying they are around a penis. I often see young boys going about fondling with their penis in their underwear.
