Anyone got any good exercise workouts? I'm in decent shape, 150 pounds and 5'10" tall. Have a flat stomach but would like six pack and just in general to be in great shape!

Also, has anyone ever tried supplement pills to lose weight or gain muscle mass?

To be honest supplements are a waste of money, spend it on solid foods. They're for convenience, not to be relied upon. The only time i really use any supplement at all is digestive enzymes with food, and protein and dextrose immediately post workout to replenish glycogen stores. Even then the difference is minimal.
If you're trying to get bigger, eat 250-500 kcal over your daily maintenance, eat 1gram of protein for every lean pound of body mass, keep fats around 50-70g for optimal hormone function and make up the rest of your kcals with carbs. Always have them pre and post workout without fail.
If you're trying to cut down, drop your kcals by 250-500. Keep your protein and fat where it was, just reduce the carbs to give you this difference.
In terms of workouts, any one will yield results (within reason).
Look at Layne Nortons PHAT, it's a great one for beginners and it good for building strength and also for hypertrophy. If you're cutting, add in some LISS (Low intensity, steady state cardio) or HIIT (high intensity interval training) to help reach your desired calorific deficit.
If you need anything clearing up, let me know

yeah from what ive heard and read on reputable sites the supplements are all a hoax and most dont work or are dangerous and do more long term harm then good or stop working when you stop using them, like Keats said just use regular solid food and figure out what foods support the kind of muscle production your looking for or what helps with weight loss if thats your goal

I don't recommend supplements, most of them are hoaxes and just consist of weird herbs.

Crunches, chin ups, push ups, pull ups, all those are great for getting a good body when you're a teenager
