This question isn't very common here, but I need to get my body fat percentile up. It is currently at 7% is there a way for me to add some fat in a healthy and controlled fashion?

Egg Nog, or root beer/malt with egg yolk, those two things will make you gain weight efficiently.

You gain fat by eating excess calories, and foods that are high in fat. There's not really any other way to gain fat without eating extra calories and extra fatty foods, so I suppose increase them in your diet. Don't go wild crazy and still get your fruits and veggies and such, but add the extra fat.

There are healthy fat foods like avocados and olive oil.
Nuts, especially macadamia nuts, are loaded with fat.
And also foods with lots of carbs like potatoes and rice.

Eat an excess of about 500 calories or so over your average per day
also work out your resting metabolic rate, that's how many calories you burn doing not much

Fill up on more foods filled with fiber such as beans, lentils, oats, etc. Also there are healthy oils too like they listed above

Basically what everyone said but dont overdo it xD but 7% is indeed low but not dangerous why do you want to get more fat? just try eating more but try to be healthy, increase your carbs in take, and fats try to eat more dry fruits for example. good luck :)

For increasing body fat food plays an important role. For this purpose it is important to eat more calories and use protein because both are important for increasing body fat. Protein shake is also good. For more useful ideas visit this site.

Why would you want to gain body fat instead of lbm?

Buy some weight gain/meal replacement protein powder and just make yourself a shake at night. The stuff I use provides 1000 calories and about 60g protein. I'd recommend going to the gym though and lifting if you want to put on some good weight. I've been going every other day for three months and I've put on 15lbs but only raised my body fat by 1-2%.
