I think true love is uncommon for teens now days because all they want to do now days is cheat on each other. There's a reason I've stayed single all this time you know.

I believe trues love exists, although I've never experienced it or seen other people experiencing it too.

I don't believe in "real" love as something that "just happens". I believe that there are people who are better suited for each other than others, and that - under the right circumstances and with the right timing - they can achieve "real love", if both parties are willing to put in an effort to maintain it.

Yes, yes I do.

I can't say I don't at this point..

And I'm sure a lot of people will experience true love. It's just very uncommon nowadays, not just for teens but for adults too.

I'd have to say that I do, although I've never experienced it

I believe it's more lust than love.

Abyssal Echo
November 16th, 2013, 11:15 AM

I have no idea. I don't believe in a god, but I can't say that one really does or doesn't exist. It's the same with love. Maybe it exists, maybe it doesn't. I just don't know.

Yes.

I've got an idea of what the experience of love is and I have yet to actually be in a relationship, but I have seen real love many times. It exists for sure.

As said earlier I believe it exists, but today it is extremely uncommon.

True love is a difficult concept
for me due to my autism. There
are people I love and who love me
back. But I do not think I completely
get it or feel it.

Yes I do, and I believe it comes when both parties reciprocate the feelings of love very strong.

I thought it did until my I found out my ex cheated on me.:( But I guess it can actually happen with the right person, I just haven't found her yet?? Would be cool to see what true love feels like.

It for sure exists. You can have a crush on someone. You can lust after someone. You can care deeply for someone. But if your feelings are a step above any of that, what else could it be?

It's also important to specify what type of love. I assume you're talking about romantic love, but there's also family love.

I definitely think so, but i also think there isn't one one soul-mate type person for everyone, and so true love could potentially exist more than once for some people

What do you mean by saying
"I do not think i completely get it or feel it"?
You know there are people who love you, right?
As a friend, I love you. ;)
Being via the internet, I can understand you don't feel it or get it completely.
Then, explain what you meant for those you get in touch physically?
(Please quote me if you reply) ;)

Idk. It is hard to explain. It just does not
reach me as deeply. Which is normal for
someone like me. But it still feels like
something is lacking.

I don't really, but I won't bash those who do.

Luminous

I guess. I never really questioned the existence of love, I always thought it was something everyone finds one day and it is common yet infinitely rare at the same time.. by that I mean, you look around, everyone is in love, but for you it is so impossible because you have to find that one person out of millions.

Sandra Main

I believe that there isn't true love at first sight.
i believe in love and working on love in time turns into true love.
Does that make sense?

Definitely but I guess it's rare

Love is a very delicate thing, but it does exist, although at this point of our lives its just hard to tell when you are feeling it.

I believe in love, although I've had so many reasons not to, I still do. It's hard to find, you may think you're in love but later you realize it wasn't. it's complicated. I'm still looking, hopefully I find it

Vocabulous

no. it is physically impossible for people under the age of 25 to feel true love. the portion of our brain that is responsible for love is not yet fully developed, meaning the thing you think is love, is really just lust.

Yepp ;)

I have had relationships in the past, I thought I knew what love was, but if they did something wrong I would then dislike them. However, now I have been in love with the same guy for about 2 years, and though they are mean as hell, treat me like dirt, act as though they don't care, e.t.c. I still love them, and nothing will change that. Don't think because you're young, you don't feel love the same way adults do. True, teenagers mistake their feelings for lvoe a lot more, but ther eis just as much chance as you falling true love as there is anyone else, no matter what age.

P.s. apologies for bad handwriting and numerous typos, I kidna wrote this in a rush..!
