I'm 18, and throughout all of high school I've always been a little chubby. Like, not enough that someone would look at me and think "That guy sure is fat", but enough that I never take my shirt off, and am not comfortable wearing like tight shirts or anything.
My diet is, admittedly, pretty poor, and I don't currently do any sort of exercise. I want to start getting healthier and in better shape, where should I start? The last time I tried failed pretty quickly, I think it was because I tried to make too many changes at the same time.

Also, I should say, the only exercise I've done in the past is a bit of lifting at school, and some running/jogging. It happens to be cold as shit outside though, so my default exercise, running, isn't really possible. What other suggestions would you all have for exercising? And probably won't have access to a gym anytime soon.

Running and Swimming would be effective

Yeah, you can also follow videos to excersice at home while it's raining, but well, i've run during the rain, that could be another option, or walk long distances.

Eat only one plate to fill you up, but don't repeat.. Maybe eating slower too.
