I have a question about Schizophrenia. If a person is delusional and has hallucinations, can they be good? I've read about the illness but I always read stuff that says for example "a voice is telling them to commit suicide" or they see demons trying to kill them, etc. So what I'm wondering is, can someone with Schizophrenia have hallucinations that are friendly? And hear voices that say nice things to them?

Thanks ahead of time for answering my question!

Yes, of course they can, just they probably feel not as scared so they do not tell people about it, thats why its not published as much.

Yes they can... they aren't all bad/scary voices and hallucinations . Of course hearing voices and having hallucinations isn't good, but the nature of them can be friendly.

You don't have one or the other - usually its a combination of both, but everybody is different. Some can hear all bad things and some can hear friendly mild things most of the time. Just depends on the person.

Just one thing with Schizophrenia is that you don't know its a not real.
Everything you see you believe that its happening.
But yeah they can have bad/good ones.
