Asking out the dude I like

I'm a 16yr old gay guy, and I was wondering if you lot have got any helpful tips/advice on how to ask out the dude I like in my class?

You should give some more info... is he gay for sure? Does he know you are?
If you're friends with him or at least any close, just say "wanna go out sometime?" during any conversation... if you're not, then it depends on your will. I don't think you should come up and say "Do you wanna go out with me?" out of the blue to someone you don't really talk to. You should create the conversation, maybe sit next to him in class and talk a bit, after some time bring up the topic of hanging out sometime... this goes for being gay and knowing it or not

Yeah he does know that I'm gay. He knows I like him too. But I'm not too sure whether he is or not. I also sit next to him in 3 classes at school

First off, the the guy you like gay? If not then it might be a bad idea to ask him out. If he's gay i would just ask him out like any other person. It's like normal dating! :) Just say to him, "Hey wanna go out with me?" Maybe take him on a real date and have things progress from there! :)

Give it a shot then! :) If he says no then he says no, but chances are asking him out might make him want to give it a show~ Good luck!

You could ask him straight out. Or you could do it subtly. For example, bring up homosexuality in general and watch his reaction, see what he says. Maybe mention an actor you think is attractive, again look for his reaction. Then ask him if he's ever been curious about his sexuality. That should lead you onto the topic nicely.
