i'd say you're OK. some will be bigger and some smaller. you're still growing and just another inch puts you in the average for all males.

Everyone is different. Don't feel inferior if someone has a larger penis than you. Anyway you've got a lot of growing to do and I promise it'll get bigger.

First - you are still growing, so there is a chance for it to get bigger.
Second, this size doesn't state who you are or how good you are. There are plenty people with different sizes and I dont think that size would say if u are better or not than anybody else :)
