Okay, so I'm not sure if this is the right place, but oh well. Mods can move it.

Anyway, I go to a really rigorous school in the academic area, and for the last 2 weeks, every night, several times a night, I've been having nightmares about turning projects in late, failing tests, etc. I don't know if I'm just freaking out or if this is stress causing it. :x

What can I do to help me sleep without Nightmares? D:

Thats what happens when you are very stressed about something and have it in your mind all the time, it starts going in your dreams. And while I am not saying you should stop focusing on school you should really find something that will de-stress you, or start doing something that will keep your mind off school for a while.

This is a little late reply, but if your still suffering from nightmares, before going to sleep, just lie there with your eyes closed for ten minutes, clear your mind and think about the things that are good in your life. Put anything negative aside like it doesn't exist anymore, and releive yourself of the fear and stress for the night.
I have insomnia in general, so I don't sleep til after 2am, but before going to sleep i always meditate, which smoothens out my dreams so their not dreadful (if I even dream, most times I don't)
