One minute I'm happy then the next I'm mad or sad. Im not bipolor. Do you think its just hormones?:confused:

I think it is, and a phase that most teens go through it

Hormones turn your entire world upside down, so I guess they are the culprit in this case too.

Hormones can play a big part of it, but another portion could be stress. I know a lot of people that change moods fast because of stress and it's something you just have to try and fix for yourself! You should just relax and take things easy and hopefully you won't see such big mood changes! :)

I agree with Chris.
It can be more than just 'hormones'. People under a lot of stress often experience unexpected fluctuations in their thought process and decision-making.
However, as you're able to recognize this aspect of your personality, I think your problem is probably related to hormones. The ones who suffer from serious stress are usually not able to recognize such things about themselves and they are sort of 'lost'.

Ya, I can b like that. Even something as simple as my favourite sports team lossing by a large score.
