You should stop trying to reach perfection in whatever it is, things won't always go right it's a fact of life. You need to learn how to deal with things going wrong. That way you can always pick yourself back up, plus you can always fix what's going wrong. Your best is good enough and if things keep going wrong, you need to evaluate why they are and whether or not it's worth trying to fix them.
