I chose to be cut when I was 13 so I know what it is like both ways. For me, I like being cut much better. It is without a doubt easier to keep clean and never ever any bad smell or that white cheesy stuff. I also love feeling my exposed heard always rubbing on my undies or the sheets at night. i think on most uncut guys their head is more sensitive because its always covered up compared to cut guys where its always coming into contact with underwear etc. So maybe masturbating when uncut feels better? Theres no way to know without trying both hehe :)

True there are nerves in the foreskin but no where near as much as females so uncuts should be better

I did, both ways are great. Jacking off was more fun uncut (foreskin acts as built-in lube) but it feels just as good now. BJs are just as good both ways too.
