It's a non-issue. Don't worry too much about it at your age I can almost guarantee its just cause you are new to the sexual realm and your hormones are telling you to try what you can. It's just horniness/curiousity mixed in together to make you confused.

Just don't read too much into it, this is the sort of thing that will sort itself out, if you want to experiment with the same sex then go for it. Just know whether you end up liking boys or liking girls, or if you are sexually active with both sexes, it isn't a problem and it will be ok

You could just like guys and be hardwired for being attracted to guys, yet society's views might be influencing you to feel other ways. Or you could just like girls personalities more, it's hard to say, only you can be the judge of that.

As far as the society theory goes though, it's a lot different and confusing to be gay. Everything gay people are surrounded by on a daily basis such as, ads, movies, school peers, are mostly straight oriented. It's confusing in the sense that everyone is generally expected to be a certain way based on their gender.

Things are changing and people are becoming more accepting of gays, but I don't think a lot of people realize that doesn't change the fact that the majority of people in this world are straight and it still affects us strangely regardless.

What I haven't seen mentioned yet is the possibility of being both:

A) Homosexual
B) Heteroromantic

This means that's you're sexually attracted to guys, but not emotionally attracted to them. So, there's something to think on. Or it could be hormones since that's the easiest thing for some to suggest.
