Maybe about 50 pounds. (He's talking about the act of lifting, not weight-lifting)

My pb's are as follows (@ 96kg/211lbs bodyweight)
Bench - 160kg/352lbs x2
Deadlift - 235kg/520lbs x1
Squat - 185kg/408lbs x5 (this is by far my weakest lift, i have aweful quads)
Also i train for hypertrophy, so strength isn't my aim - however i am fairly strong considering how i train.

The most I tried was 115 pounds. Haven't tried anymore than that. I could probably do around 135. I only weigh 120 pounds and look like a walking skeleton. Always surprises people. (Bench Press)

Bench press, 110 was the highest I got I think, but that was when I was like 15. Could probably do more now.
As for just lifting regular stuff, not weightlifting.. probably around 60lbs I'd guess. That's the requirement for my job and I've never had an issue, soo..

I don't lift weights but I do have to carry 50 lb bags of dog food, bales of straw and lift my 60 lb dogs to put them in the truck.
