Boob size fluctuates depending on hormone changes. Like, if you're on your period etc. If you're really worried, you can go see a doctor. My boobs went from a D to a C recently because I haven't really been growing at all or releasing lots of hormones I guess. Hahahaha I still weigh the same, it's like the weight went to my stomach instead >.<

mine use to go from a B to a C cup when I'm on my period when I was a little younger

Did you go from a 75C to an 80B? if so, that is normal, you had a growth sprout on your torso, but not on the boobs themselves, no more adipose or glandular tissue, so they stayed the same size while your rib-cage expanded a little.

Here in the states is going from a 34C to a 36B, the breast tissue is the same size, but your torso is bigger.
