Yup, just make sure you're with her when she needs someone by her side. If you know the dad, you could also talk to him and tell him to support her too.

If her life is at risk from a pregnancy. Its a very good time to start discussing abortion. Be kind and supportive and be there for her but that definitely needs to be on the table now. Because it sounds like she doesn't have much choice and she shouldn't sacrifice her life for a baby that won't live either.

If what you say is true she's going to die unless she ends the pregnancy. And its VERY important your there for her because if she's the tips that cares about babies it will hit her hard.

Sorry, sounds awful but you gotta face the facts and Its easier to deal with it now rather than later.
