No, you are most likely fine. You could just be a rather late bloomer or maybe you are just small naturally.

No. Puberty continues until you're 20, so you've got time. When you're done, you should expect to be about 5.5"-6.0" hard. Don't fret about it.

Nah, your size wouldn't prevent you from having successful sex. But, remember, you're not done growing! As much as we like to think we're all so special and different, when it comes to biology we're really very similiar. Expect 5.5" or so.

If you're overweight, your penis will look smaller when soft because there's that fat pad that develops all over your belly, including the lower part, just above the base of the penis. So, that extra fat pushes out, making the penis that dangles below it seem smaller. But it's not, it's just one of those things. Lose the weight, it'll appear it's regular size (and you'll likely feel better an be healthier, too).

I was watching oprah once and it said that if a guy loses x amount of kilos (pounds or whatever unit of weight you prefer) you gain x amount of cm.

Anyway, being 16 and that small, is to me, abnormal.
I'm 16 am 7.5 inches hard.
I have never measured flaccid.

Aww. There's nothing wrong with your penis, don't worry. It isn't that short at all. But then again, you could just be growing late. Either way, you can have kids and decent sex with that penis of yours, so I can't see anything to worry about :)
Anyway, some women prefer a smaller penis ;)
