So we, my gf and I, have been going out for about 4 months now and havent faced any problems what so ever, we re really close,
problem is our music tastes
we both love rap and hip and know most of the new songs out, but she also loves posthardcore/metalcore, her favorite band is Pierce the Veil and the problem is i really dont listen to much of that, i want to go to a concert with her soon, during the holidays maybe,

Any suggestions of songs i should listen to? like whats your favorite metalcore songs?

I started with, and still love, Waking the Fallen by Avenged Sevenfold. Many A7X fans would agree that album rocks. It's half-screaming, half-singing. Then you can move to Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, which was all-screaming (i.e. total metalcore)

To be honest I don't like metal that's all screaming and screeching I prefer death metal or really heavy metal. If you don't find something you like you could always go to the concert with really small ear plugs.

Yes. Yes. Yes. While it is still a slightly older style of metalcore, god dammit it's one of the best melodic metalcore albums ever recorded.

But, if she's into more modern metalcore/hardcore like Pierce the Veil, I might suggest a few of my favorites:
Of Mice & Men, Crown the Empire, Bring Me the Horizon.

I'll try those bands, any songs you particularly like?

For Of Mice & Men, I suggest OG Loko, Second and Sebring, The Depths.
For Crown the Empire, try The Fallout, Memories of a Broken Heart, Makeshift Chemistry.
For Bring Me the Horizon, try Sleepwalking, Alligator Blood, Shadow Moses
