So, today, I shaved my face for the first time, and my mom helped me since my dad is in another state. Has anyone else had that awkwardness where their mom helped them do something their dad should've done?

It's usually been my dad. Mum would be too embarrassing!

I've usually just done those kinds of things on my own. Perhaps that is because I don't have a dad, but I don't know. To me, I am quite glad that I did them on my own.

It's NO SHAVE NOVEMBER! Oh well, either way i do agree with you about shaving your face! Even so i learned on my own~ I didn't ask my parent at all! :)

If it's in the face only it's not awkward at all.
