Does a guy's erect penis size sometimes vary?

Yesterday my b/f said that his penis had never been bigger than when he is with me. It made me a bit curious, as although I know that penis size varies from guy to guy, I always thought that when it was erect a guy's penis is the same size every time, whatever size that happens to be.
Does a penis really vary or might it just feel different or something?
Hope this isn't a stupid question, but I'm new here and thought it would be a good place to ask.

Yea it actually varries it really really depends on how turned on u are!! So him saying his Penis never has been bigger is a good Thing actually ! :)
To give an example: My normal Penis size is normally about 7.7 Inches but sometimes when im hard but not THAT turned on it can be like only 7.4 Inches and once when i was with MY gf and i was really really turned on and she wanted to measure it it was about 8.2 Inches!! So as u see it is totally normal that the size changes!! How much it can depends on the Person tho ^^

yes my erect size varies and up until about 6 months ago I thought something was wrong. Sometimes I'm 6" erect and sometimes I'm 7" erect. I believe this is perfectly normal
