Hey, i wanted to ask you guys/girls am I ok, where I need to improve?

You are definitely in good shape, maybe a little more work on forearms and legs is all I can really tell, but really you do look good. What's your diet plan/ routine look like and what sports do you play if any?

Hmm, probably lower body, and ughhh, your going to hate this , abs :yeah:

and maybe a spray tan or tanning lotion, that's what I get even in the winter : )

i don't have any "diet", i just refused to eat some junk food and i try to eat as often as i can but i don't eat very big meals (e.g. 1st meal - soup, 2nd - some meat with rice or patotoes and some vegetables). I used to be a Swimmer, but now I just go to gym and running. That's all.
Yeah, legs and forearms are almost my weakest points. I'll try to get it bigger, harder. Abs were a killer for all my life, like I was fat all my life, till this summer when i started running, and in 3 months I lost 5-7 kilos.
I'll try as hard as I can and I'll post my progress later.

you need to work your legs, delts and traps. Serious neglect on legs - you need them to not look disproportionate.

I understand you want advice on exercise and how to improve, but posting pics probably isn't appropriate. It makes it look like you want people to rate you (whether you are or not). I think a better idea is to ask about your actual routine and diet, rather than post pics. Sorry. :locked2:
