how was the moment you hit puberty?

What was it like when you started puberty? Did you try to cover your growing adam's apple? Did you get a bit embarrassed with the squeakkkky voice? what did you do with the hair? did you feel hot and hard ?

for me I got a bit worried and a bit depressed because I didn't want everyone to know I'm going through puberty to make it not awkward and embarrassing. but now im 17 and i assume everyone knows anyway so its all good

I was 10 when I got pubes and erections, the embarrassing part for me was communal changing rooms for swimming lessons. None of my peers had developed at the time, so it was embarrassing having an erection and hairs when no one else did, without really understanding why either

I haven't gotten hardly any of that yet
and I'd like to do some catching up.
Whatever I get, I plan on flaunting it
(figuratively speaking) to say "yes I am a teen".

i really hit puberty in 6th grade when i started to get pubic hair. but in 4th grade i had to start wearing deodorant. Then at the beginning of 7th grade i got voice cracks, and they lasted until the summer before 8th grade. one of my close friends started to make fun of me but then he got them in the middle of 7th grade, and we are 1/4 done with 9th grade and he still has them! jokes on him i guess.
