Does anyone know what a healthy 14 1/2 year old boy should weigh?
Right now I weight 90 kilos (198 lbs)

How tall are you? If you are about 2 meters (which I doubt) it's okay for someone of your age. If you're like 1,80 meters tall, you should try to lose a bit of weight.
I would say around 70 kilos at you're age would be okay.

I love sports and nutrition, so I'm pretty well informed in this topic ;)

Like Claire said it depends on how tall you are. I'm 15 5'8'' tall weight 206 according to my Dr I should weight about 165.

I am 5'7" and 150 pounds. I'm not fat but I'm not skinny either. I have a lot of muscle and a moderate amount of fat covering it. I would say you should probably cut down a little wight, provided that you aren't too tall. If you are nearer to six feet tall, I'd say your weight is probably fine.

I don't weigh that xD

But yeah, it depends on your height/build but 140 isn't overweight by any means.

You can calculate your BMI (body mass index) on this site (http://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.html) , it gives you a number and you can match that with the ranges on the side to see if your BMI would be considered overweight, underweight or normal weight.
