When will my penis grow? And what stage am I in

I'm 16 4"11 and 87 pounds. I have some pubic hair growing. Its about .5 cm to a cm long. It's hard to see but it's growing left and right of my pebis and a little above. My penis is 3 inches hard and 1 wide. My balls hang about 3 imches when sagging at max and each individual testicle is about .88 of an inch maybe an inch. (Wide) there is a very small amount of hair on them. It's a light brown or blonde color. I'm getting a small amount of pimples and have been kinda emotional and think I'm really ugly if that means anything. My hands are extremely small so are my feet. My foot is the size of a 6 shoe but thats the size of my foot so that's too small to wear :P ppl think I'm 12 I sound 13 my dads 5'9 and my moms 5'3 and I'm weak. I sweat a lot also

You're 16 so you are an adolescent. You've just said what you've started developing with pubes and is just matter of time to have the body as a man.

body parts develop quicker than other parts and it also varies on diffeerent people, just wait and eventually it will get bigger

You're still growing. Different things develop in different orders and speeds. You're still shorter than your parents. Things should kick in at some point
