Hey does anyone think that cigarettes or any substance with tobacco is worse than weed? i personally think that it is, because of the chemicals that you inhale when you smoke tobacco. Feel free to respond :banana:

Weed is better for you than cigarettes....
the reson why weed is illegal is because it can be grown at home unlike tobacco... and if weed was legal... it would put the tobacco buisness out of buisness... and it is the biggest company in the world... one of em at least... and they would go down... that is why weed is illegal... taking weed on its own is probebly more healthy though i read weed has alot of tar in it, though nearly everyone smokes it with tobacco to fill up the joint otherwhise you wouldn't be able to make many joints with the small amount young people buy. as me and my friends we normally only have like £10-15 to buy it.

where does the tar come from!? Its a plant..... from the ground.... Cigarettes have tar because they put chemicals in it. Weed is just a plant nothing added.

there aint no tar in weed man, think about it: its a plant's leaves ground up basically. you have to PUT IN the tar which is what the tobacco company does. yea id go for weed, i havent tried it because i just dont want to at this age but if i had to choose it choose weed: its not addicting, gets you high instead of just smelling bad AND ive heard from doctors that if you smoke weed like once every 2 months, there are health benefits because it just clears all the cluttering of your mind and kinda "gets you off on a fresh start" again cus it clears out your mind.

what are u talkin bout. In cigarettes they add soooo much shit. Nicotine, tar, chemicals found in rat poison, and stuff like that. Weed when u buy it u buy the bud. A nugget that u break up and smoke. You pack ur own bowl or roll ur own joint. They add nothing to the weed. Kids can lace it. Which they sometimes lace joints with tobacco, which is where u might get that from. But it comes from the TOBACCO. Weed has nothing bad for u in it. Did u know if u eat weed, in brownies or something. Its got NOTHING bad for you. Because the only thing bad from weed is to ur respitory system.

cannabis does contain tar naturally but recent studies show that it does not noticably efffect ones health, on the other hand yes cigarettes have many harmful chemicals added to them but the fact that the large tobbaco corperations grow with fertilizer that contains radioactive chemicals, those of which cause cancer. so marijuana does contains a larger overall tar ratio but weed is only truly harmful when laced with other substances (such as windex to add weight) so try to buy from dealers you trust and www.eroid.com is a great resource full of all the facts anyone would need to know for any

One of the reasons why weed is illegal is because a long time ago, when they first started using hemp for paper, the wood for paper companies (with big rich political ties) didn't like it so they made it illegal. Also Weed does naturally have tar in it when it's pure but if you use a bong or a bubbler or a vaporizer or anything else with some type of filtering device it ususally filters out a lot of tar.
Weed is also better for you just because of the way people smoke it. Many people smoke 2 packs a day (40 ciggarettes) but no one could possibly smoke 40 blunts a day...i hope.

Also most of the chemicals are put in cigarettes to make them burn slower and more evenly even though they do make it more addictive and some are put in for this purpose only.
