Well sort of. I use to feel a kind of release like that. Right away and then it was over but Ifelt better. That went away with time as my problems continued.

I do know others feel exactly like you because I've heard people say that before ;)

I don't think I'd go as far as using the term orgasm, but I do actually somewhat understand what you mean. However in the end this feeling isn't worth the cuts and it never will be.

It's not like that for me. I guess I'm just so desperate to quit hurting and freaking out that when I do it, it's just a furry of emotion, and then calm. I mean, it hurts like Hell, and I hate myself for doing it, so I wouldn't say it's an enjoyable experience.

I always feel calm when I self harm, never what I would consider an orgasm. But everyone has their own experiences so I'm sure others out there have had that feeling!
