hi guys, looking for help, well ive started going to a gym complex and when showering after the changing area is open, i am 15 and im constantly surrounded by older men, naked men, my question is, should i be naked aswell, join the fun and nature, be mature, ive seen the penises on these men and yes, some are huge some are small, should i be confident and just get naked. help me lads, ps. have you encounterd/ experienced this

I've been at gym changing rooms too. Do what you feel confident with. I've seem people who don't mind being as they are (I'm in this camp - I have what I have!), and those who keep their shorts on as long as possible and use towels when they change. It's a personal choice, so go with what you prefer.

I swim the change rooms are attached to the gyms, guys there don't really care what you look like, how big your dick is, ect, my advice is just go in, shower and get changed.

Although i'm certainly not confident enough to be naked in a locker room i would highly suggest you get in the habit of it and save yourself the trouble of running to the nearest stall to change. It's normal to be naked around other guys in the locker room and they honestly don't care what your penis looks like because they all have one themselves. As for the other guys, they won't give a thought about what your penis looks like, but for other kids your age they might have the average curiosity of a teenager and look. But that's perfectly normal! :) If you have the courage to start getting naked in the locker room when changing go ahead and do it and save yourself the embarrassment like i get in a locker room!

Do what you're comfortable with. Just going through with it, and showering naked could help you be less nervous the next time you'll need to. But, don't feel pressured into doing so. You're not hurting anyone by keeping your gear covered, nobody will care either way.

You'll be more relaxed and enjoy the visits to the gym more if you're not worrying about showering afterwards. Most guys will barely even notice you're there, so just get naked, get clean and get out. You'll maybe feel a bit awkward the first couple of times then you just wont care. I shower naked with team mates 2 or 3 times a week and I also shower at the gym where there are adult guys - its no big deal.
