yes it's possible, anytime the prostate is stimulated to a certain point there is a chance of an orgasm, regardless if any sexual activity is taking place or not

It's pretty normal, I think. Some times I get spontaneous orgasms for no damn reason.

Yes it has happened to me for no reason at all.
Certain activities could make it happen also.

To clarify this:

Females do not have the prostate gland. However, there is a "female prostate," the Skene's gland, which is near the urethra. That gland is the reason girls may feel arousal when they have to urinate (or why girls may feel the need to pee when aroused).
