Many boys your age don't shave, you shouldn't really have a need to either! Unless it's uncomfortable then you might want to trim it but other than that you probably won't need to shave it. Either way it's perfectly normal to shave or not to shave. :)

It's ok. The age you start shaving really depends on how far you are into puberty, so you can just start when you feel ready!

No that's normal. I've never had that much facial hair. I'm 16 and a half and I've on just really started shaving and I only need to about twice a week.

No way, and you are actually lucky. Shaving sucks, and there is nothing great about it. Enjoy the time you don't have to shave because that's one less thing you have to worry about right now.

No it's not weird, it depends on the person and how, let's say "bad", it is. People all develop at different rates, like I'm 13 and I shave because A, I freakin' hate facial hair, and B, I look weird with a mustache on MY face. It's completely your opinion on when to start.
