I keep getting sexual urges about my ex. help

I keep getting urges to have sex with my ex bf. We go to the same school and we are in some classes together. This does not help. I really love him but i don't think he will love me again. What do i do?

I know its difficult but the best thing to do is to try and push the thoughts about him to the back of your mind. If your feeling up to it you could try to talk to him about it, you never know you may get back together again. Anyway, with time you should start to move away from him. Maybe trying to look for someone else might help to take your mind of him? I don't know but whatever works for you. I know its hard, ive done it before and eventually things settled down. Anyway, good luck! :)

I told my ex i love him and he sighed and just hung up the phone and i haven't heard from him since.

Yeah. Maybe you're right.
Maybe one day he will come to his senses and realise that he still loves me. I know he does, he shows it. And even my very wise/clever 18 yr old friend told me that my ex still loves me.
But then again that may never happen and i will be forced to move on.

Why not move on on your own accord before your'e forced to? Sometimes when you know it ain't gonna work out the best thing you can do is move on.
