OK... I usually don't like sharing my problems. But I can't hold it in any more.
I am not from a rich family or anything and I have an elder brother. He is a bloody genius and he wants to do so many things and my parents are doing their best to provide enough money and education for all of his dreams. And he seems to want to study more and more... he isn't really thinking about working any time soon. My parents are fine with that. Well here is my problem. I am 3 times pressurized about my studies and life and I hear my parents saying she can't do it, she doesn't have the capacity etc etc.. It hurts so much when the only people who thought I was not worthless think I am useless and a burden. I want to die when I think about all this. They have NO faith in me.

You have to prove yourself,this is the only way that you can show your parents that you have some kind of ability which is unique.Do you have any ability which you think it is only you that has that talent in your family?

um.. I don't know. Maybe. But They don't care THAT much about that. They want me to get settled, be a doctor and earn money. I mean I get that they care but They are so negative about me achieving ANYTHING!!

So why don't you speak with them?Maybe your brother has achieved more successes than you until now,but they do not have to compare you with him...

I know. But talking doesn't help. They'll just think I am being a kiddish. It's OK though. thanks for helping, I have managed worse. :) thanks again.

My eldest brother is also way better than me at everything and kinda pisses me off that doesnt matter what i do it is never gonna be enough for my dad, but I try not to care much and still keep trying to do my best. Also I think as we are younger they dont take us that serious. But do not worry try to be good at your thing (whatever it is), be proud of your brother and dont care much about what your parents say

I love my brother. I am so proud of him. he is NOT the problems. Parents just want both their children to be perfect. He and I are different. They don't get it do they?
