ok, well, what stay are you cuts at? scab? scars? because if they are scars you can always use make up to hid them or use aleo vera to make them fade faster.

ok, you need to make sure that the newer ones are healthing and not infected and you can say the scabs are from like falling and start using make up to cover the scars.

You could always wear a knee bandage when you're in PE. They're not expensive and that would hide the cuts. It would also give you an excuse that your knee is strained or whatnot. With swimming, no one is even going to be looking at your cuts when you're in the water so do everything you can to hide them and then just before/when you're in the water stop worrying about it.

Siobhan's right, just use a bandage and say your knee is weak because you strained it lifting something etc, they can't stop you from wearing a bandage

Yeah same, just bandage it.
I see guys with athletic bandages
and cuts and scabs all time on their legs
and it never occurred to me that they might be
from cutting... and I'm a cutter myself.
Just say a cat scratched you, if anyone sees
the wounds and asks.

You can say a really BIG cat scratched you lol.
I've had this problem before, same with swimming. This might not work for you, but it could give you some ideas. For swimming what I did was I had a towel as close to the pool as I could. I tried to be the last one out, so by time I got out everyone was busy drying themselves off. I would then wrap the towel around me, or I would let it hang in front of my legs or something. As for P.E. it's not uncommon for guys to have cuts and scratches. Besides not many people will think anything of it, because it's not anywhere a cutter would usually cut. But make up would usually make it less visible. Hoped I helped.
