Guys i was wondering if anyone has noticed any really tiny bumps on their penis? When I'm hard i can see these bumps but they dont look like pimples and I've never had sex so they aren't std's. Any help?

I have the same, and it can't be an STD because like you, I have not done the nasty. Admittedly, mine are probably caused by a lot of scratching.

Are they tiny white lumps about 1mm wide? If so I don't know what they are, I did look it up once because I noticed them, but I can't remember - they're harmless anyway.

Yea I used to have them, they actually are pimples, or zitz, what have you. How i got rid of them, is i used the Dove soap bars and I would vigorously clean my private area in the shower. When you see one thats a little bigger, try popping it like a pimple, but be gentle, because the oil inside is different than on your face, and its harder and thicker. Anyways, hope thats not too hard to read :P and good luck getting it clean. It took me a good year to get my penis smooth again, and even now i have little semi-noticable bumps towards the base of my penis.

P101  General Hospital as it's more medical related.

Harmless, something like oils or something that get trapped there, no worries

You should probably see a dermatologist to be sure but it sounds like Fordyce Spots...yes they are harmless. Fordyce spots are believed to be caused by sebum which is the natural oil of the skin. This oil gets trapped in a sebaceous gland that does not have hair.
Unfortunately it does not yet have a cure but it may go away naturally.

As most people have said, they are completely normal and common, you shouldn't feel panicked to have them gone.
