Yup that's exactly right. If you want to have one, don't jerk off for at least a few days. I like to wait a long time between times jerking off. It feels way more intense and makes my dreams more memorable haha.

I'd say once a week is infrequent, hence the fact you get wet dreams. I usually masturbate 2 - 3 times a day. Sadly I've never had a wet dream :-(

Not having a wet dream is perfectly normal. Personally i have never had one, and they can occur randomly. Some people believe that masturbating regularly stops the occurrence of a wet dream however that is just a myth and they can occur any night, for any male. If you get one then you get one and if you don't, then there's nothing to worry about! :)
