Yes, it is much easier for me to shave them if I am erect. All the skin is tight and you don't have to worry about getting around all those sack wrinkles.
its easier to shave the rest of your cock when erect too!!

The first time you should get the majority one day and the rest the other so you know where else you still need to shave and don't go over places more than once. That reduces risk of cuts.
