hey, im almost 16 years old and ofcourse i dont change in front of my father anymore (that stopped a very long time ago) but my mom still sees me naked. im an only child and my mom and i are really close. nothing wierd at all i just still change in front of her and she changes in front of me. is that normal? is it normal that i don't really have a problem with my mom seeing me naked no matter how old i am like even when im an adult? do any of you still change in front of your mom and how old are you? thnx so much

I'm 16, and my mom and I share dressing rooms at the mall all the time. It's an easy to way get another's advice on how your clothes fit, for one, and it's practical when there's only one stall open.

Its no big deal i mean if your spread eagle then that might be an issue but you got what you got from her... I mean my moms on the weird side and will say oh look you still have those dimples thats cute and then shed take a long walk down memory lane....

thanks so much girls! it makes me feel better because some of my friends don't anymore but im just comfortable with my mom and i wanted to make sure that was still okay at my age. =)

It's a good thing you're still comfortable doing this! Guys may act very confident or cocky talking about stuff in the change room but in reality we can be JUST as insecure about being naked around friends (or parents i.e. swimming pool). I think that this has helped me feel more open and relaxed around my Dad. It's easy then to talk about things with him concerning sex and whatnot. Good for you! (srry you said girls only but it works both ways! :D)

the thought of changing in front of my mom makes me feel weird, although i know that she's got the same "set of equipment" as i do & all but i just cant do it...
Personally i think its cool that ur that open about that kind of stuff with your mom... I dont see it being a problem as long as ur both comfortable

i never really did like changing infront of my mom. lol maybe like a friend (close friend) or something but for some reason i hate changing infront of family lol but yeah i'd say it's pretty normal :)

It's normal.. I think. I'm danish, but I've lived in california since I was 3. You think thats wierd? In denmark kids don't wear swimsuits until they're around 8, and girls dont wear tops until they're 12/13.
Me and my mom are really close too, she wears my clothes and we talk boys and everything. I have no problem changing in front of her and sometimes even sleep in her room when my dad's away on business. If you're both comfortable, strip away :P

I HATE it when my mum comes in the bathroom when I'm showering or on the loo!
She keeps saying "It's nothing I haven't seen before" but it really annoys me!
I rarely get changed in front of her, if i'm in a clothes shop I get changed behind the curtain then come out when I'm ready, I hate her seeing me and I'm 17
