I just recently started losing weight from fasting and eating less. It was working great but now I don't know what is happening but I am gaining weight even when I don't eat.

Alli: Eating too little does initially make you lose weight, but it also slows your metabolism which is why you are now gaining weight. Your body doesn't know you're doing this on purpose-- it thinks there's some sort of crisis going on and no food is available, so it's storing fat to help you survive the famine. So start eating again, healthy foods, lots of fruits and veggies, and exercise. You'll probably gain a little weight initially, but keep up the new routine and it'll go away again. 5 smaller meals per day instead of 3 big ones should also help boost your metabolism. The important thing though is to keep eating. Fasting will get you nowhere.
