So pissed off

Today I had to wake up early to give a speech and was super grumpy. Then I checked my facebook. It turns out that one of my best friends is dating the guy who purposefully smashed my arm into eight pieces 4 years ago. She didn't even tell me, I found out with facebook. Right now I want to hit him with my softball bat. In addition to this I had to work from 11:30 to 5:00 with my hurt shoulder and found out one of my co-workers is dating my best friend and neither told me. In addition to this one of my friends went and blurted out load at work, "Why were you in Vista?" (Vista is the mental hospital in my town). I am just so mad right now and tuesday it would be 7 weeks without cutting, but I want to cut so bad right now. I am so mad. I want my arm to work and I want to swing a bat at this kid's head.

Please don't hurt yourself because some shitty stupid people were inconsiderate towards you. The way I see it, they don't deserve the attention of someone as nice as you. Working for six hours with an aching shoulder tells me that you're not fragile, you will fight through this and you will definitely get ahead of this.
