Do any of you guys still bed-wet or have bed-wetted as a teenager? Do you what can be done to stop bed-wetting? I am 14 and have to wear my brother's pull-ups to bed(he is 11, but he is autistic and not potty-trained). My other two sisters also wet the bed for a long time like me but my older sister just stopped naturally. Do you have any tips?

Try and not drink too much too late (EG have a mouthful of water rather than a large glass), and go for a pee just before going to bed, even if you're not particularly desperate too.

Use the bathroom before going to bed, and dont drink anything at least 1 hr before bed is the easiest. If you feel like you have to go during the night, get up and immediatley go.

I heard some people keep bedwetting yes.I guess you ust need to wait it out and don't let people know because they are ignorant and will probably make fun of you

The last time I did was like 3 years ago when I was really sick, but otherwise I haven't done it

This is one of my problems. I drink A LOT of water, I always get thirsty and uncomfortable if I don't have a bunch of water before bed. What do I do?

Drink it 1 hr before going to bed...or try not to drink it. Thats the big issue right there.

I haven't.

Try to not drink a lot before bed, and go to the toilet beforehand too. Might help.

Have a glass of water at your bedside. I used to, and it helped. If you then wake up in the middle of the night because your mouth is dry, a drink and trip to bathroom can be done in one go.

PS just don't have the glass so close to your bed that you knock it over.

Ok, thank you. That sounds like it might work.
