I'm 13 and had arm pit hair since I was 10 but I shave all the time even shaved a few days ago..

I got it at 14, but my nephew started getting it at 11 (!!!) and his voice also got deep then too. Just shows you how everyone is different, even in the same family.

The funny thing is it freaked him out. He even would wear t-shirts when he was swimming, even though he has a great build. So people thought he had some horrible scar or backne or something, but it was just the underarm hair.
