Well, I usually go from top to bottom: Face(and hair), boobs, ass. Not like it's THAT important to me, but it's the eaisiest order to go. Usually happens in less than a second. Looks aren't the only thing, but certainly are the factor.

Every person is obviously different.

In my case, the very first thing that I notice when I see a new girl is her body language, facial expressions, and how she expresses herself. To me, a girl may not be the hottest looking one out there, but if she carries herself in a feminine way, I will not hesitate to approach her.

Physical beauty is definitely super important to a girl's attractiveness, but a really hot girl who doesn't know how to be flirty, and act like a girl will be the biggest turn off to me.

Just as a side note, I'd like to mention that my thoughts up there are backed up by science. Evolutionarily, females tend to 'like' be the subordinate person involved in an emotional relationship, and men are to be "alpha", and "protective". Now, this subordination and alpha-being have A LOT to do with someone's personality. A guy with a very high voice, or another guy who cries a lot and gets depressed easily may not be exactly the "alpha" male females tend to seek for protection, therefore, it's not uncommon to see attractive guys, who tend to have a feminine behavior, remain single. Similarly, as I said already, girls with behaviors that diminish the subordinate-being of a female tend to have a tougher time finding a significant other.

Now, having said all that though, there are always exceptions. What I just described is not a rule that's never broken. It's just what our genes dictate that we should follow. Some may decide to go against nature for many varying reasons, which isn't an impossible task to accomplish, and actually does happen.
