This is a pretty serious issue. I deal with this a lot when I'm on vacation with my family. Don't be weirded out by me saying this (please don't, I'm serious) but you'll be surprised by the amount of things people don't notice. It kind of depends on how much room you have though. My parents both have habits that make a lot of noise or require headphones(my mom's a jazz singer and my father edits movies and such). If you sit in your room or in the bathroom, people are really not gonna notice you if they're occupied. Try to control your breathing and don't use lubricants because it's noisy. If your parents are constantly around, things do get a bit tricky. You'll sort of get the hang of it after a while! Trust me, I've been living in small houses for all my life. Once the ''THEY'RE HERE RIGHT NOW WHAT IF THEY KNOW I'M MASTURBATING'' part of your brain starts laying off a bit, it's actually fairly manageable.
