I want to start sleeping naked but I don't want someone to walk in to my room etc my mum wakening me up for school and see me

That's quite a common worry (the biggest part being your mum just walking in and certain buts just aren't covered at that moment. The only thought is just to ask your mum to initially knock loudly, so you have a few seconds to adjust the covers accordingly

Well, in respect for your mum it's much better to cover yourself at least with an underwear.

I have always wanted to sleep naked too however I had the same problem as you, mum walks in and sees something she hasn't seen in many years lol what I did was on school mornings where she is likely to come in to make sure I am awake, I always wear at least underwear so there is nothing suprising haha but on weekends she lets me sleep so I just set an alarm for like 9:30 or 10 and make sure im up before she will come in haha you will find anyway that unless you are a really restless sleeper, most things you cover when you are falling asleep will stay covered when you wake up.
like with ur pjs, do you wake up on top of your blankets and stuff or are you still under them? cause if ur still covered then chances are youre not going to be flashing anyone who comes in anyway if you just stay covered till they leave the room haha

Honestly, just do it!
You'll learn some tips and tricks on how to avoid being seen if someone comes in, I just tuck myself into the covers, haha.
But honestly, don't over think about it, just do it!

A good idea would be to set an alarm clock and tell your mum so she doesn't wake you up.

I usually sleep naked when i know i am going to be home alone in the morning because i know i am the only one home so no one is home to wake me up. so you can try what i do or just talk to your mom saying you want to sleep naked from now on and i am pretty sure she will understand.
