Conversation, Conversation, Conversation. Make sure shes single, but she also has to know you somewhat well. Say hi, start a CONVERSATION, ask how her days going, what interests her, how her after school activities are, etc. Another key is to Dress Nicely (No underwear showing) and smell nice.

Ask her if she wants to see a movie and ask her when she is alone. Don't try to be "smooth" (LOL). Don't take her to a fancy restuarant you will creep her out. Start low and take it higher

The most important thing is that you act like you know what you're doing. If you're stuttering and you're acting like you are having trouble putting things into words, she will do two things:

1.) NOT take anything you say into consideration.

and

2.) Be turned OFF by the lack of confidence.

Confidence is a great quality, so just ask her. Get to know her first though and make sure you actually like her, or else that could make for an awkward date. Also, she'll probably be more inclined to agree if she knows you.
