Seems like a pretty sensitive subject to me. Personally I'd be a bit weirded out if a friend asked to compare his dick to mine, so I suppose you'd have to know him well enough to be able to predict his response before you ask. Otherwise, you might risk pushing him away.

Invite him round for a sleepover and say you bet he has a small dick or something and if he says it about you say you can prove it or just say how big it is, or you could just be like, "oh I'm so horny, do you want to jack off" or something along those lines, you could say do you want to sleep naked or go for a shower and drop your towel and see what he says
