We all talk about exercise this exercise that, but no one ever really discusses their training method or system or what its called or just what the goals of said system ultimately are at all!

I would also like to know where the system you follow is the same as mine when it comes to goals and how it diffrers from what i'm following! Thanks

I would like to change that so i'll describe mine plus use links to appropriate sites if I have to due to lack of words on my part to fully describe it.

there have been various systems under the heading of what I do but they all referred to themselves as methods of Physical Culture. So i'll use that term:

Physical Culture is a system that arouse in the late 19th century to the end of the 1930's that was a philosophy, regimen, an lifestyle seeking maximum physical development through such means as weight (resistance) training, diet, aerobic activity, athletic competition, and mental discipline. Specific benefits include improvements in health, appearance, strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and general fitness as well as greater proficiency in sport-related activities

Links describing physical culture and it's ultimate goals better:

I eat 4500-5000cals a day, about 140g protein.
Run 6-15 miles daily, usually average 60 miles a week.
Lift every other day, currently doing mostly high rep low weight stuff since I just started lifting again. I've put on about 6-7 pounds in the last week.

45 - 90 minutes a day, 5-7 times a week. Varies, often hard cardio, occasional lifting, although I'm not looking to gain muscle really.

When I hit the gym, I'll do HIIT - 1 minute sprints with 2 minutes of a hilled speed walk recovery for as long as I feel like, as well as whatever else I feel like doing that day, ranging from a free run to some elliptical to weights to whatever.
When I'm not able to go to the gym, I'll just go outside and run. I love it, and I'll do 5-10k, depending on the day and the time and all that stuff.

At least fifty sit ups daily, then punching bag for fifteen minutes, then martial arts dueling for at least an hour.
